Most of our bikes will arrive 85% assembled, with parts like handlebars, saddle, pedals and the front wheel requiring attachment. Detailed instructions are included for easy assembly.

We also provide hassle free E bike delivery - Premium White Glove Delivery at an additional cost £165 per bike. Your e-bike will be fully assembled, tested and ready to hit the road.

Delivery to mainland UK typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on the product, brand, chosen delivery method (such as Standard or White Glove Delivery), and any customisation requirements. Specific delivery details can be found on each product page.

Please note that occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, exact dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress in real time.

We do not currently offer a click and collect service. All orders can be delivered directly to your preferred shipping address entered at check out

Order Confirmation

When you place an order, your card will be pre-authorised—but not charged—immediately. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the item is in stock and ready for shipment. Once availability is confirmed, your payment will be processed and the order will be dispatched promptly.

If the product is unavailable or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and notify you right away.

If your item is confirmed to be in stock, we will process payment and dispatch your order within 5 working days. You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of dispatch.

E-Bike Legal Guidelines (UK)

E-bikes—also known as pedal-assist bikes—do not require insurance or a licence to use on public roads, provided they meet specific criteria.

• The motor power must not exceed 250W for use on public roads. Some models offer higher power settings for off-road use only.
• The maximum assisted speed is 15.5 mph (25 km/h).
• Riders must be at least 14 years old.
• Helmets are recommended but not legally required.
